Agricultural retailer and distributor Landmark had a loyalty program in place, but recognised that it desperately needed a major overhaul to better meet the expectations of their customer base. Landmark asked us to help reinvigorate the program with a new website which was delivered in an extremely tight timeframe.

We delivered a brand new website which gathered customer profile information while still allowing customers to claim online.

The program was built with the customer at heart and made it easy to use. It also provided suppliers with enhanced marketing opportunities.

The website and program were delivered on time and on budget. We were honest from the onset, and while our scoping document was a bit of a monster, Landmark appreciated the detail and honesty instead of having to deal with scope creep.
