You want a simple solution, one that is easy to manage, and one that is efficient but represents your brand. Leave it to us; we have developed two platforms – one to manage the incentive and one to manage the event. The platform can handle complex situations – like 14 countries with 14 currencies! Rest assured, it is still simple to manage and we do that for you. Our incentive management platform and our event management platform ensure that all aspects of the incentive program are easy to operate.

 

Destinations and Rewards

Choosing a destination and then deciding the itinerary to make sure it is an unforgettable memory, is no easy feat. This is why we have a fully accredited travel agency internally to do it all for you. We do the end-to-end management of your trip including sourcing and fulfillment of flights, accommodation, activities and fine dining. When we say we cover everything – we really do! Our event crew even has a paramedic to cover medical concerns when your customers arrive for their well-deserved trip. If your customers don’t reach the overseas destination target, they won’t leave empty handed. We can still organize and manage some lower level business style rewards.

We purchase over $15 million annually in prizes, which is made up of over 350,000 individual items. These are dispatched across Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. We have over 350 suppliers and keep ourselves up-to-date with trend items. With such a large spend we are able to negotiate the best price possible for our clients.
