Tony is the principal of Incremental Marketing Group which was founded in 1996. A sales and marketing specialist with over 20 years experience gained from senior sales and marketing roles across all channels within the FMCG sector.

Creating profitable and sustainable growth for our clients is Tony’s passion. Tonys strong mindset that the customer is always right ensures that we remain relevant and easy to do business with.

Michelle Chandran - Account Director

Michelle has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce majoring in both Marketing and Management, and has been a member of the team for 8 years. Michelle and her team strive to create the most efficient and creative solutions possible for clients. Michelle loves a challenge and working on developing strategies and big ideas. Her can-do attitude and creative nature ensures the delivery of outstanding results.

Michael Robson - Account Director

A Sales and Marketing specialist who has developed a unique understanding of technology and its role within business. He has worked in Sales and Marketing roles in the Grocery, Pharmacy and Liquor industries with his major successes being the creator of Cellarbrations –the Number 1 independent liquor stores group in Australia. He also created the website ALMliquor.com.au arguably Australia’s Number 1, B2B transactional website with over 1.6m display pages and 7.6m hits per month.

In April 2008 Michael established Mapmates a GPS tracking service using Mobile phones. Michael's extensive web and technology skills combined with his Sales and Marketing expertise provides IMG with a unique advantage for clients in the exciting area of Web and Social Networking.
