Anthony Nay

Managing Director

Tony founded Incremental Marketing in 1996, following a highly successful 20 year career in sales and marketing. He remains fully involved in the day to day running of the business.

Tony’s passion continues to inspire all those he works with, and his firm belief that the client is always right drives the agency’s total commitment to service. Above all, he is focussed on helping to create profitable and sustainable growth for clients.

Tony is also proud of his commitment and efforts in supporting the Australian business community, especially in providing opportunities for his team, and in mentoring his more junior staff.

Michelle Chandran

Client Services Director

Michelle has been an invaluable member of the Incremental Marketing team since 2002. She relishes a challenge, and draws on her considerable skills to develop innovative strategies and big ideas.

Michelle’s can-do attitude has helped her and her team deliver some outstanding and creative solutions for our clients. She has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in both Marketing and Management.

Michael Robson

Social Media and Technology Director

Michael is a highly successful sales and marketing specialist, with a particular skill set in technology.

Among his many achievements in the Grocery, Pharmacy and Liquor industries was the creation of Australia’s number one independent liquor store group, Cellarbrations.

He also created the website ALMliquor.com.au, arguably Australia’s number one B2B transactional website with over 7.6m hits per month.

This blend of sales and marketing experience, together with extensive web and technology expertise, provide our clients with a unique insight into new channels such as social media.

Lynn Hames

Senior Account Manager

Lynn joined Incremental Marketing in 2000 following an extensive career in sales, marketing and brand management at some of Australia’s major blue chip companies.

Lynn’s particular expertise is in program execution, where her implementation skills truly shine.

She combines these skills with a great sense of humour, ensuring that her clients find her both professional yet friendly to work with.

Michael Moriarty

Senior Account Manager

Michael has vast marketing experience in the foodservice industry. Formerly Marketing Manager for NAFDA, one of Australia’s foremost distributor marketing networks, Michael developed and implemented the marketing programs for their 52 distributors and 36,000 trade customers for almost 16 years.

Additionally, Michael has developed excellent relationships with NAFDA’S 80+ key manufacturing suppliers and has a sound understanding of the Food Service industry across Australia.

Michael combines his enthusiasm, expertise and experience to deliver outstanding results for our manufacturer, wholesaler and buying group clients.

David van den Bosch

Creative Art Manager

David joined Incremental Marketing in 2006, bringing with him an extensive background in advertising, publishing, illustration, web design and creative studio work.

David heads up our ever-growing team of highly skilled and creative designers, and is passionate about matching design skills with the unique needs and goals that each program or campaign demands.

Our clients enjoy direct access to David and his team, ensuring that the briefing, creative, design and approval process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

John Barilla

Procurement and Fulfilment Manager

John plays an invaluable role for our clients, drawing on a comprehensive network of suppliers to source and deliver a vast range of the latest quality products.

He is passionate about providing superior service, quality products and significant savings. Together with his team they treat every task or enquiry as a chance to shine.

John also makes it his responsibility to keep clients in touch with the latest range of products, helping to identify unique and innovative opportunities to promote client’s brands.
